VeriFacts Automotive announced today that Fix Auto USA has committed to VeriFacts VQ certification across its franchise facilities. The performance-based collision repair organization is the first franchise MSO to fully adopt the third-party verification program.
The VeriFacts VQ Program assists shops with identifying and inspecting all shop equipment related to a structural repair. Information and materials used for that repair are reviewed, and the shop’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) are evaluated, as well. The program gives shops a way to verify they are in compliance with acceptable structural repair processes through a qualified, objective third party.
