VeriFacts Names Mike Stacy Vice President of Sales

ewport Beach, CA, October 15, 2005 – VeriFacts Automotive, LLC has named Michael D. Stacy to serve as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

“With more than 30 years of experience in the collision industry, Mike brings a wealth of information to our company from all levels. Mike’s experience, knowledge and energy will be an invaluable asset as we continue to grow our business solutions,” stated Afshar.

Stacy started in the collision industry in 1972 sweeping floors. By 1981 he owned his own collision repair shop in Ohio after a tour with the Army serving as an Army Airborne Ranger. Stacy became one of the first shop owners to fully computerize his operation after attending a 3M ARMS Seminar in 1985. Stacy was involved with I-CAR as a coordinator, ASA of Ohio where he served on the board, and local vo-tech advisory councils. In 1992, Stacy sold his operation and joined CCC Information Services to help bring their Estimating System to market. During his 10 year career at CCC, he received several promotions to the level of Zone Vice President and was involved in the development of their current Estimating System. Stacy left CCC in 2001 to pursue challenges in the world of franchising within the automotive industry. In his first year, he was named “New Franchisee of the Year” and broke a 40 year old sales record for a new store opening.
