The VeriFacts Coaching program provides monthly on-the-job technician coaching, repair assessment and skills recalibration. This program ensures all shop technicians receive ongoing, personalized coaching in the highest quality repair procedures which are currently being taught by the leading industry training organizations. VeriFacts' creates a culture shift within the entire shop organization by cementing high quality repair practices into each technician's skill set. VeriFacts' highly skilled coaching team works with a shop's management and staff to:
- Assess each technician's knowledge level and identify skill gaps in light of the most recent collision repair methodologies and industry best practices.
- Coach technicians—using positive interactive methods—to properly utilize the latest repair procedures. Working side-by-side with the technician builds a respect-based relationship that maximizes the benefit of VeriFacts interactive coaching program.
- Evaluate, on a regular basis, each technician's application of proper repair methodologies. Followup coaching and guidance is designed and delivered each month based on this assessment and reinforcement process. Expert evaluation of in-process repairs enables VeriFacts to highlight progress and opportunities for improvement. In addition to in-shop coaching, VeriFacts is available to shop personnel via phone or fax, five days a week, ten hours a day.
- Understand how a shop's repair quality compares to other shops on the VeriFacts program through quality measurement analysis and reporting. Management reports identify trends and progress, and highlight leading indicators to potential future quality and customer issues.
