Return to Verified Quality Program
The VQ Program measures repair quality capability based on five distinct quality elements:
- Repair Planning: The shop has the requisite systems, credentials (I-CAR and other certificates), and access to repair information and the latest updates on all essential computer software
- Equipment: Essential equipment is maintained, accessible and in proper working condition
- Materials / Parts: The correct materials and parts are being utilized
- Process Consistency: Standard work procedures are in place and being followed to ensure consistency and sustainability of repair outcome
- Repair Quality: The VQ Verifier will confirm repair quality by observing in-process vehicles and technicians' work to validate conformance to VQ standards
