VQ Verification Process

VQ Verification Process

Once per quarter, the VeriFacts Quality Verifier inspects, verifies and scores all five quality elements to ensure the repair facility continues to meet the ever-evolving repair requirements of today's vehicle technology. The VQ Program advises shop personnel to keep them up-to-date on the latest repair methods, materials and quality practices.

The process for participating in the VQ Program includes:

  • Shop submits an application to the VQ Program
  • Upon acceptance into the VQ Program, the VQ Launch is scheduled at your shop
  • VeriFacts Quality Verifier performs the initial VQ assessment and reviews the latest topics of interest to collision repair technicians, repair planners and managers
  • Once complete, the VQ Verifier reviews the results verbally with the Shop Manager
  • Shop Manager will receive an electronic VQ Results Report after each visit
  • After the initial visit, the VQ Verifier will make an unannounced onsite verification visit each quarter

Each repair facility that actively participates in the VeriFacts Verified Quality Program and achieves the first level of repair quality is recognized on a consumer-focused website to acknowledge their ongoing commitment to deliver the industry's highest level of quality collision repair. The VQ website will identify each shop's current status in the VQ Program.
